A proposed November amendment could introduce massive voting barriers and identity risks. The League of Women Voters of CA, CA Common Cause, Disability Rights CA, ACLU Northern CA & ACLU Southern CA have prepared a document outlining the measure, the myths it propogates, and who this initative hurts.
